I placed my order on a Standard delivery, when will it be delivered?

 

A: Standard orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day and delivery can take between 1-5 days to arrive, once you have received your confirmation email. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next following working day.

I placed an order Next Day Delivery, what time can I expect to receive my parcel?

 

A: Next day orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri can arrive between 8am and 6pm on the next working day (Mon-Sat), Next day Parcels will require a signature (the courier may leave a Next Day Parcel in a safe place or a calling card will be left so that you can arrange another date for delivery). Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next following working day.

I placed an order for an overseas delivery, how long can this take?

 

A: Overseas parcels can take up to 14 working days to be delivered depending on it’s destination.

I am attempting to order 5 cards, although every time I type in the number 5, the Web site is still only showing 1, why can I not order the quantity I need?

 

A: This unfortunately means that there is only 1 of this item in stock. Please contact us via email for further information.

I have not received my Confirmation Email? Has my order been placed?

I have returned an item to the web site for a refund, as I no longer need it, how long will it be before the funds appear back in my account?

 

A: Once the parcel has been received refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear in you account.
